Call for Papers : Instructions

For WCCE8, all delegates must submit a 3-6 page manuscript which contains an abstract. Manuscripts will be peer reviewed by a scientific committee. An example of the format requirement for your manuscript can be found here :

Further instructions on how to create your manuscript are detailed below.

Click on "Create an Abstract and submit your Manuscript". The login screen.

New Users to webHermes for WCCE8 will have to create a "New Account".

After creating a new account and logging in: Create a New Manuscript or Open a created Manuscript.

 

Under the General Tab :

• Manuscript and Abstract Title.
• Select "Theme or Topical Conference" and "Symposium or Topical Conference Area" that best suits your submission.

Under Authors Tab :

• Presenting Author's name and e-mail address.
• All Authors names and organizational affiliations.

Under Abstract Tab :

• Upload your Manuscript file.
• Insert your Abstract Text. Should be between 100 - 300 words.

Under Summary Tab :

• View a PDF preview of your manuscript (The PDF preview is NOT of the manuscript but rather only of the abstract and associated information.)
• Submit your Manuscript once your summary is complete and correct as shown in the Preview window.
