Oral Presentation Guidelines

WCCE8 will be using a central management presentation system where all presentations are to be uploaded in advance.

All authors must report to the Speaker Ready Room (location and hours follow) the day prior to their presentation. If you have not uploaded your presentation before coming to the congress, then you must bring it with you on either a CD or USB memory key.

The congress will supply computers equipped with CD drives and USB ports. The computers will be running Windows XP with MS Office 2003 and 2007. MS Media Player will be loaded on the computers. However, authors running .avi movies should have already consulted with an audio visual representative in the Speaker Ready Room to confirm compatibility. No other software will be available for authors to use on the supplied computers. In the event that authors wish to run other software, they will need to bring their own laptops to the Speaker Ready Room.

Audio Visual Representatives will be available in the Speaker Ready Room to assist. Volunteers will be available in all session rooms to assist.
