Technologies in Comparison
Selecting between alternative technologies for a given process or product is a daunting task that considers economics, the environmental impact, safety and regulatory issues. The World Congress will introduce a new forum to highlight the strengths of competing technologies in a given business field - Technologies in Comparison (TiC). In a one hour session, representatives of two leading processes will be guided by an expert, with participation of the audience, in delimiting the boundaries that define the field of applicability of one technology with respect to the other. TiC will cover commercial and innovative processes related to the congress' central themes: Energy, Green Processing, New Materials, Bio-Technology and Society.
