The 8th World Congress of Chemical Engineering offers undergraduate students an exciting program that includes :

    • Risk Analysis for the Petroleum Industry

    • Beer Brewing
  • Industrial tours
    • Shell – Steel-toe shoes required – maximum 30 people
    • Lallemand – Closed-toe shoes and long pants required, no jewellery – maximum 30 people
    • City of Montréal, Water Treatment Plant – Good walking shoes and long sleeved shirts needed – two tours, maximum 15 people per tour
    • Hydro-Québec – maximum 25 people
    • Wyeth – 2 groups, maximum 10 people per group
    • ratiopharm – Good walking shoes needed, 2 groups, maximum 10 people per group.
    • Galderma – Good walking shoes needed, maximum 10 people
    • CCPX 911 Safety Tank Car

  • Graduate Studies Fair
    • Tuesday, August 25, 17:00 - 19:00, Palais des congres, Room 220 B and C. Undergraduate students will have the opportunity to meet with universities from across Canada to discuss chemical engineering graduate programs.
  • Student Banquet
    • Tuesday, August 25, 19:00, McGill University, New Residence Hall, 3625 Avenue du Parc. Tickets are required.

Students from McGill University and École Polytechnique will also introduce students to Montréal’s lively nightlife, with an active social calendar during the evenings.
