Polymer Engineering

This symposium will offer a comprehensive overview of the current development and future trends in the field of Polymer Engineering. In this field, the latest efforts in both academia and industry on basic and applied research and technological advances are very welcome.

The symposium will cover general but updated engineering aspects of the polymerization processes. Homogeneous and heterogeneous polymerizations, modeling and control, and polymer processing will be considered. Besides, topics as controlled radical polymerization, microtechnologies, new reactors and process technologies, bioprocesses and green pathways to produce new and smart polymers, and nanoestructured materials.
