The WCCE8 will be held at Montréal’s convention centre, the Palais des congrès de Montréal, a true celebration of architectural achievement, combining form and function in a harmonious and aesthetic union. Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Montréal's Quartier International, the Palais is connected to several hotels that delegates can access without ever having to step outside.

The official Congress hotels in Montréal will offer a wide range of rates, amenities, and locations during the congress. Hotel prices will range from $119.00 to $219.00 plus applicable taxes per night. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation through the housing bureau. Published WCCE8 rates apply to hotel stays August 21-28, 2009.
Reservation Methods
Take Advantage of special WCCE8 rates being offered for the congress by reserving hotel rooms directly through the WCCE8 housing bureau. Reservations can be made in one of several ways :
- Reserve online. Online reservations require a valid credit card and you will receive an acknowledgement to your e-mail address. https://resweb.passkey.com/go/wcce2009
- Telephone. Call the housing bureau at 514-844-0848 or 1 888-722-2220 (toll free for North America) Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Telephone reservations require a valid credit card and you will receive an acknowledgement to your e-mail address within 24 hours.
- Fax/Mail. Submit the WCCE8 Reservation Form
with your valid credit card guarantee by fax: 514-844-6771 or mail the form to WCCE8 Housing Bureau 1555 Peel St, Bureau 600 Montréal QC H3A 3L8.
